Refund Policy

A full refund will be made provided 24 hours notice of cancellation is given. Repayment will be made via the same method as payment.

If a hire is cancelled by the provider, repayment will be made within 24 hours.

 

If the tour is cut short due to breakdown or unforeseen circumstance, the provider undertakes to arrange alternative transport back to the start point or other mutually agreed location.
